Me on File is an online membership that provides a secure platform to hold your important data, documents, and reminders. By purchasing an annual on monthly membership, you are provided a customized platform to create your personal membership. You can also identify individuals (advocates) to view and assist on your behalf based upon selected permission levels as determined by you. To access, view or make updates to any or all of these important items, simply enter your personal username and password from any device.
Me on File takes the hassle of where to begin! Once you sign up for a FREE 30-Day Trial, you can follow the step-by-step Success Guide on the dashboard or by downloading the 5-Step Success Guide. This guide takes you step-by-step from what to do first to helping you navigate each specific category by explaining what it is and why you need it.

Me On File provides a Free 30-day trial membership. At the end of the 30 days, you may purchase a VIP membership for $7.49 per month or $75.00 a year (2 Months Free).

If you choose not to purchase a VIP membership, you can select one free category (example: Financial-Accounts) which provides access to all the Me on File features for your selected category. This category is yours to keep free for life! This is our gift to you.

Security & Privacy is our number one priority. Before your information even leaves your computer, it is encrypted and secured throughout transit and storage with military grade encryption. Once your data hits our servers, it is encrypted two more times and can’t be deciphered or read by anyone (including us).

If that isn’t enough, our security protocol stacks on the protection with things like multi-factor authentication, two-step verification, 10 character password protection, third-party monitoring, timed log out, and HIPPA approved compliance. No, certain browsers such as Chrome will autosave your password which will cause your advocate section not to function properly. If you have already autosaved your username and password for Me on File, go into your browser settings> Passwords, and find dashboard.meonfile.com in your saved passwords and remove it from the list.
Me On File serves as a secure platform to hold your important documents and information. We do NOT share any of your information with anyone. No one will ever contact you for solicitation purposes. In fact, the conversations you have with any of our experts via email can only be initiated by you! Please see our Privacy policy for details.
Chrome and Firefox are the recommended choices for Me on File. Internet Explorer is NOT recommended.

Adult children and parents could certainly benefit from having their own account and can always add you and other family members as an Advocate in order to share and edit information.

Yes, with your username and password, you can securely access your information anytime, anywhere, and on any device (mobile, table, & computer) that has access to the internet.

Yes, Me On File has a unique Advocate platform that allows you to customize who you want to share your information with.

Our specific access permission levels allow you to determine what each advocate can view or edit in each category. You can activate or suspend any advocate at anytime.

You can update your password on the sign in screen or in your dashboard. Specific step-by-step instructions are provided on the sign in page to help you with your password.
